Account Director AMTECH International
Stephen H. Morgan is account director at AMTECH International. In this position, Morgan is responsible for sales and marketing efforts focused on Nissan and Nissan keiretsu companies.
Before joining AMTECH in 2005, Morgan was director of sales and project management at ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, Inc., where he worked on establishing and executing marketing strategies for hydraulic chassis products and electronics. Prior to this, Morgan was senior national account manager at SKF Automotive with responsibilities including soliciting new business, managing programs and negotiating with General Motors and Delphi customers. Morgan served from 1999 to 2001 as manager of sales and marketing for Freudenberg-NOK, a manufacturer of anti-vibration, powertrain and chassis products for the automotive, commercial-vehicle and industrial markets, where he was responsibility for General Motors, Ford and Honda accounts. From 1987 to 1999, Morgan was manager of OE sales with Akebono Corporation, serving in various positions of increasing responsibilities, including manager OE sales and deputy manager of sales. Morgan holds a bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University, and a master's degree from Syracuse University. He is fluent in Japanese and has had extensive training in APQP, QS9000, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement. |
